Content is provided for general information only and is not professional, legal, financial, investment, medical, or engineering advice. Do not rely on it to make consequential decisions without consulting a qualified professional.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. • Introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service activity, or interfere with other users.

Original editorial content on the Site — articles, summaries, tables, charts, and the underlying selection and arrangement — is © AI Race Facts. Quoted source material, photographs, and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use, license, or attribution.

You may share article links and short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. Bulk reproduction, republication, or use of our content to train machine-learning models without our prior written permission is prohibited.

The Site links to primary sources and outside reporting. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, accuracy, or availability. Following an external link is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and AI Race Facts agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Where permitted by law, you and AI Race Facts waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
